Terms of Service
The terms on which Freepanda provides FreePanda.

Acceptance
By using FreePanda you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the service is
FreePanda provides utilities — formatters, converters, calculators, generators and a few online services. They come in three kinds:
- Tools that run in your browser — almost all of them. They need no account, have no usage limit, and are free. They will stay free: we will not put a browser tool behind an account, a paywall or a usage cap.
- Tools that keep records in an account — the document generators (invoice, receipt, quotation, purchase order and delivery challan), which can save to an account, and the Asset & Warranty Manager and the Shagun Register, which require one.
- Tools that use our server — the SEO Audit and AI Visibility Audit, the test emails and rendered previews in the Email Preview Checker, the AI concept images in the House Plan Designer, What Is My IP and the Internet Speed Test. Some work without an account; the ones that cost us something on every use need one.
See our Privacy Policy for what each sends and stores, and what stays on your device.
Accounts
You must be 18 or over to hold an account, and to give us accurate details when you create one. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done under your account, and for the people you add to your organisation and what they can do. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has your password. You may delete your account at any time by writing to freepanda.in@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Save another person's information without a proper reason to hold it, or upload anything unlawful, or anything designed to harm the service or other people.
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service, including by automated scraping or large-scale automated requests against the network-backed endpoints, or get around a plan limit — for example by opening several accounts.
- Use the audit tools against a site in order to harm it, or to probe systems that are not meant to be public.
- Use test emails to send anything other than your own email to yourself — not bulk mail, not mail meant for anyone else, and nothing unlawful or deceptive.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with security-related features of the site, or with the advertising that funds it.
- Represent output from the site as professional advice — see the next section.
No warranty, and no professional advice
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
This matters most for the financial, tax, salary, health and construction calculators, and for the House Plan Designer. They implement published formulas and are useful for estimating, but they are not financial, tax, legal, medical or engineering advice. Rates, slabs, rules and standards change, and the right answer depends on circumstances a calculator cannot know. Verify anything consequential with a qualified professional before you act on it.
Audits, previews and generated images
- Audits are an automated reading of a site's public pages at one moment. Their scores and findings are our own checks, based on published guidance; they are not a promise of any search ranking, or of being cited by an AI assistant, and a search engine or AI provider may treat a site differently. Our crawler obeys robots.txt, so a site that blocks it cannot be audited. A report can be read by anyone who has its link.
- Email previews drawn in your browser or on our server are approximations of how a client renders an email, not captures from that client. Check anything important by sending it to the real client.
- House plans and concept images are conceptual. A generated floor plan has not been checked against your local building rules, structure or services, and an AI concept image is an illustration that may show things your plan does not contain. Have a qualified architect or engineer prepare anything you will build from. You may use the images you generate; we claim no rights in them, but cannot promise they resemble no existing work.
Your content
You keep every right in whatever you put into a tool. For the tools that run in your browser, that data is never transmitted to us, so we acquire no rights in it and could not access it.
For anything you save to an account, or send to a tool that uses our server, you give us permission to store and process it as the Privacy Policy describes, and only to run the service for you — not to sell it, and not for advertising. You are responsible for having the right to record other people's information (your customers, your suppliers, your guests) and for not saving anything unlawful. We store and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Records you keep here
The document generators, the Asset & Warranty Manager and the Shagun Register are tools for keeping your own records. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not file anything for you. You remain responsible for your GST and any e-invoicing obligations, for the numbering and record-keeping the law requires of you, and for the accuracy of every amount you enter — we do not verify them, and an entry in a register is your own record. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Plans and limits
The tools that keep records or use our server have plans: a free plan for everyone, and larger plans for heavier use. Each plan's allowance is shown where you choose it.
- Records. Plans limit how many saved documents, assets and shagun events an account keeps; deleting one frees its slot. A shagun event never limits how many entries it holds.
- Audits. Plans set how many pages an audit reads, how many audits you can run in a month and an hour, and how long reports are kept. Without an account, audits are smaller and kept for 7 days.
- Email previews. Plans set how many test emails and rendered previews you can use in a month. These need an account.
- Fair use. Every server-backed tool also has short-term limits — so many an hour — to keep it working for everyone. A monthly allowance is counted from the start of each month and does not carry over.
Prices and payment. Plans may show a price. While the launch offer runs, choosing any plan is free and nothing is charged; we do not take payment or ask for payment details today. Before that changes we will tell you by email, a paid plan will never start without you choosing it, and you will be able to stay on the free plan. Prices, allowances and features can change; a change to a plan you pay for will not take effect before the end of the period you have paid for. Features marked “coming soon” are plans, not promises.
Sharing
Anyone who has a share link can open it until it expires, and anyone who has an audit report's link can open the report until it is deleted. You decide who receives one, and you are responsible for what it shows.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or threatens the service or other people, and we will say why where we can. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freepanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site — including any decision taken on the basis of a calculator's output. We take reasonable steps to back up the records in your account, but we cannot promise that nothing will ever be lost, which is why you should keep your own copies.
Third-party links and advertising
The site displays advertising and may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove any part of the service at any time — though not to put a browser tool behind an account or a charge. Where a change removes something you have saved, we will tell you first and give you time to download it. These terms may also be revised; the current version is always the one on this page, with its “last updated” date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
